PMC Bronze 32 ACP 60 grain jacketed hollow point 32B ammo uses a lighter cavity-nosed projectile than the line’s 71-grain 32A FMJ practice load. The 60-grain JHP offers a distinct defensive bullet construction in the compact 32 ACP centerfire cartridge.
A hollow-point cavity is intended to encourage deformation under appropriate impact conditions, but bullet weight and nose shape do not establish measured expansion in a short-barreled handgun. PMC publishes 980 fps for this ammunition. Small semiautomatic pistols may react differently to hollow-point and FMJ profiles, making the exact load more important than a generic caliber label.
Compared with the 71-grain FMJ trainer, the lighter JHP lets the shooter consider a separate nose design without changing chambering. This ammo comes in 50-round brass-cased boxes. Its function and point of impact can be evaluated against the owner’s usual practice cartridge rather than inferring a result from the published velocity alone.
