FN 509 Midsize MRD BLK 66-100587 Overview

The FN 509 Midsize MRD 66-100587 is a 9mm pistol with a 4-inch barrel, an optics-ready slide, and a textured midsize frame. The grip gives the handgun a useful middle ground between a shortened carry frame and a full-size service grip. Its flatter-faced trigger provides a broad contact area for the finger.

The FN 509 Midsize MRD comes equipped with its Low-Profile Optics-Mounting System and all-black co-witness sights. The polymer frame incorporates replaceable steel slide rails, a construction detail that separates the bearing surfaces from the molded lower.

The FN 509 Midsize MRD pistol includes two 15-round magazines and two interchangeable backstraps around a 4-inch-barreled, optics-ready upper. At 7.4 inches overall and approximately 26.5 ounces, it retains the midsize frame with ambidextrous slide-stop and magazine-release access beside the grip.
