CorBon 45 Long Colt 200gr JHP 45C200 Overview

CorBon 45 Long Colt 200 grain jacketed hollow point 45C200 ammo pairs a 200-grain jacketed hollow point with the long-established 45 Colt chambering. Instead of an unjacketed round-nose bullet associated with older revolver loads, this cartridge has a nose cavity intended to encourage deformation at impact.

45 Colt ammunition spans a wide range of loads intended for different firearms, so suitability is especially important with this caliber. CorBon lists 1,100 fps for this ammo and identifies both hunting and self-defense applications. That classification and muzzle rating do not replace a check of the specific handgun's cartridge requirements.

A shooter considering this JHP ammo can verify point of impact with the actual 45 Colt firearm rather than extrapolating from an old-style lead load. The load comes in 20-round boxes.

CorBon 45 Long Colt Key Features
