Its 3.3-inch barrel and narrow grip keep the handgun's footprint small. The single-action mechanism uses an internal hammer beneath the serrated steel slide.

The MRD interface directly accommodates suitable Shield RMSc- and Holosun K-pattern optics. That mounting arrangement differs from FN's larger plate-based systems, making the exact footprint important when choosing a sight. A tritium front sight remains part of the factory iron-sight equipment.

The FN Reflex MRD pistol is supplied with two 10-round magazines within a matching FDE assembly measuring 6.2 inches overall and weighing approximately 18.4 ounces. Textured gripping surfaces and the fixed rear sight remain part of its standard carry configuration around the factory micro-optic cut.

FN Reflex MRD Key Features

Direct-Mount Optic Cut: The Reflex MRD accepts compatible Shield RMSc- and Holosun K-pattern sights through its factory interface.

Iron Sights: An illuminated front sight provides the factory low-light aiming reference.

Takedown System: The FN Reflex MRD comes configured with a takedown system that does not require pulling the trigger.

Cold Hammer-Forged Barrel: The cold hammer-forged barrel measures 3.3 inches.

Enclosed Single-Action Hammer: The FN Reflex MRD comes configured with an enclosed single-action hammer mechanism.
