FNX-45 Tactical Non Threaded Barrel 66-100223 Overview

The FNX-45 Tactical 66-100223 is an FDE .45 ACP pistol with a non-threaded barrel, an exposed hammer, and FN's DA/SA operating system. Its full-size polymer frame gives the handgun substantial gripping area. The slide retains the raised night sights and optic provision associated with the Tactical platform.

This FNX-45 Tactical configuration's plain muzzle is an important distinction when selecting accessories: it does not provide the threaded attachment used by other Tactical configurations. Ambidextrous safety/decocking levers remain part of the control layout. The frame accepts interchangeable backstraps to refine palm fit.

The FNX-45 Tactical pistol includes two 10-round magazines, four backstraps, and a sight-mounting kit with plates and screws. A soft Cordura nylon case accompanies the equipment. Its 1913 rail provides an attachment point for a compatible light.

FNX-45 Tactical Key Features

  • Safety/Decocking Lever: The FNX-45 Tactical uses a manual thumb-safety lever that also decocks the hammer from either side.
  • Optics-Ready Slide: A plate-and-screw mounting kit is included for supported red dots.
  • Iron Sights: Suppressor-height tritium sights provide low-light aiming references.
  • Interchangeable Backstraps: As supplied, the FNX-45 Tactical uses four interchangeable backstraps for grip fitting.
  • Included Carrying Case: The FNX-45 Tactical has a soft Cordura carrying case.
