Prvi Partizan Defense 7.62x25 85gr JHP PPD7T Overview

Prvi Partizan Defense 7.62x25 85 grain jacketed hollow point PPD7T ammo brings an expanding-nose bullet to the distinctive bottlenecked 7.62×25mm handgun cartridge. This 85-grain JHP is different from the full metal jacket projectiles traditionally associated with many military-pattern pistols chambered for the round.

The 7.62×25mm Tokarev cartridge uses a bottlenecked case and must not be confused with cartridges of similar bore diameter or name. PPU rates this ammunition at 1,675 fps. That published velocity identifies the factory loading but does not establish feed reliability in aging firearms or any particular terminal result.

People using a correctly chambered and serviceable 7.62×25 pistol can assess the JHP nose separately from traditional ball loads. Fifty brass-cased rounds are provided for that purpose. This ammo combines an 85-grain defensive projectile with a historically distinctive pistol cartridge; exact chambering and firearm condition remain essential.

Prvi Partizan Defense Key Features

  • Bottlenecked 7.62x25: The cartridge is distinct from other 7.62-caliber handgun or rifle ammunition.
  • Published Speed: Prvi Partizan rates PPD7T at 1,675 fps.
