G2 Research Civic Duty 45 ACP 164 grain radically invasive projectile G00617 ammo brings G2's distinctive machined-copper nose geometry to a 164-grain 45 ACP cartridge. The bullet is markedly lighter than traditional 230-grain 45 ACP hardball and is shaped around separate pointed trocars rather than a simple jacketed hollow-point cavity.

The multiple projections are intended to depart from a central base on impact, contrasting with the retained expanded profile sought by many conventional JHPs.
