CorBon 38 Super +P 125gr JHP 38X12520 Overview

CorBon 38 Super 125 grain jacketed hollow point 38X12520 ammo brings a 125-grain jacketed hollow point to the +P-marked 38 Super chambering. Its bullet is heavier than CorBon's 115-grain counterpart, although both belong to the same defensive cartridge family.

Bullet weight alone does not say how two 38 Super loads will feed or strike in a specific pistol. The 125-grain option is published at 1,350 fps, giving this ammo its own velocity-and-weight identity. Because the label carries +P, firearm suitability should be confirmed rather than inferred from the shared '38' in other cartridge names.

The useful comparison for a 38 Super owner is how this 125-grain JHP actually feeds and strikes relative to other bullets, not an assumed advantage over a lighter cartridge. CorBon packages 20 rounds of this ammunition per box.

CorBon 38 Super +P Key Features

  • +P Cartridge Marking: This factory load is designated 38 Super +P for appropriately chambered pistols.
  • Published Velocity: The 125-grain configuration carries a 1,350-fps muzzle rating.
