Fiocchi Cowboy Action 32 S&W Long 100gr LWC 32LA Overview

Fiocchi Cowboy Action 32 S&W Long 100 grain lead wadcutter 32LA ammo uses a full wadcutter projectile with a flat front suited to punching clean-edged holes in paper targets. The traditional 32 S&W Long cartridge and 100-grain unjacketed lead bullet make this a specialized revolver practice option rather than an ordinary jacketed autopistol load.

A wadcutter's broad, flat face is the identifying engineering feature: it can cut more sharply defined target holes than a round-nose bullet. Fiocchi rates this ammo at 730 fps. The load's design aligns with deliberate target shooting, where seeing individual impacts clearly is valuable, although results can vary with paper type and target backing.

The lead wadcutter's distinctive shape also merits a point-of-impact check when changing from round-nose or flat-point loads. This ammunition is marked for 32 S&W Long, which must not be casually substituted for other similarly named 32-caliber cartridges. Fifty rounds give the revolver shooter ample material for precision drills with the same bullet geometry.
